The item was much less than half the size advertised. I either want half of my money back, or else I will ship the item back after receiving a full refund plus return shipping costs. This item was not at all as advertised.

1) The box itself is not even 18" 2) The auction does *not* claim to be selling an 18" box, it claims to be selling an 18" light. 3) You will have to pay return shipping, this item is *significantly* different from what you claimed to be selling. And again, you have not been responding to any of my email attempts either through regular email or ebay email, if we are to process this refund I will need to be able to communicate with you.

The item sent is the ONLY one that we have in stock. As stated in the auction, the box size is 18 inches. We do not remove these from the original boxes to measure them individually. If you would like to send the item back for a refund (in its original MINT condition), I have no problem with that.

You advertised: Bar Sign Light Up 18" You sent: Bar Sign Light Up 8" I have tried to contact you multiple times through email with no response. This is not the light I paid for, it's less than half the size you advertised.
